Please read our refund policy and payment terms before registering for a training

Refund Policy

Registrants must contact our team at least 24 hours before the training date to request cancellation of their registration for any reason. Registrants will be refunded if a training is cancelled and/or postponed by our team. In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be issued for any other reason. No substitutions or transferrals of registrations are allowed.

Payment Terms

Full payment for our paid trainings is required at the time of registration, unless you have chosen to pay by check or submit a deposit. If applicable, training deposits are 25% of the full registration fee. If you have chosen to submit a deposit to register for a training, the remaining balance is due exactly 1 day before the training.
